When you think of happiness, what comes first in your minda yellow smiley face, self-help books, sunshine, and rainbows? The conversation around the field of happiness has been evolving in the past 20 years and events such as The World Happiness Summit have brought leaders in positive psychology and more to share their own research and personal practices to sustaining happiness and well-being.

Turns out it’s not about being happy all the time, and these researchers/experts aren’t the happiest people in the world either! So, where and how do you find REAL happiness, the kind that lasts a lifetime?
